LinkScrub is a Chrome extension that removes tracking parameters from links. It is built to work entirely inside your browser.
Nothing. LinkScrub does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information, browsing history, page content or usage data. It has no analytics, no tracking, no accounts and no servers.
The only data LinkScrub keeps is your excluded-sites list, custom parameters and your on/off preference. These settings are stored with Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.sync, so they follow your Chrome profile if you use Chrome Sync. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
LinkScrub asks for access to the websites you visit only so it can do its one job on those pages. It does not read or record what you do there.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
